Alteration Policy

• Please contact us at CahrisBoutique@gmail.com to inquire about clothing alterations before purchasing an Alteration Consultation unless you are 100% sure.
• Location.  Please be mindful that we are located in Kansas City, MO.  We service all, but shipping cost will be applied. 
• Payment.  The $25 consultation fee will be applied to your total cost of your service.  We request payment at the time you drop off your garment and all clients are required to review and sign a client work order agreement.  This ensures your authorization.  Cost will depend on the work/item(s) being altered. We only accept debit/credit, cash or zelle.
• We offer a 100% client guarantee policy.  All clients are required to try on their clothing item(s) to ensure that they are satisfied with the alteration.  We will be happy to make adjustments if additional work needs to be completed.
• Timing. All rush jobs will result a $40 rush fee.
• Wedding gowns - 30 days or less
• Bridesmaid/Prom gowns - 15 days or less
• All other alterations - 7 days or less
