CAHRI’S BOUTIQUE LLC – Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Ready-to-Wear Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy for ready-to-wear items. This means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Items not in their original condition will not be refunded.

To initiate a return, please contact us at cahrisboutique@gmail.com. If your return is approved, customers are responsible for return shipping via their local postal service. The original shipping cost is non-refundable and will be considered a restocking fee. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Local returns incur no additional fees.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Accessories such as hats, jewelry, undergarments, socks, etc.
  • Custom Design orders (non-refundable; refer to your client contract for details)

Custom Design clients are covered under our 100% client satisfaction guarantee, ensuring that your garment is completed to your satisfaction.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. No Refunds on Custom Orders, please see Custom Order Policy Page.
