Policy

Please contact us at CahrisBoutique@gmail.com to inquire about clothing alterations before purchasing an Alteration Consultation, unless you are 100% sure.
Location. Please be mindful that we are located in Kansas City, MO. We serve everyone, but shipping costs will be applied.
Payment. We request payment at the time you drop off your garment, and all clients are required to review and sign a client work order agreement to confirm authorization. Costs will depend on the work and item(s) being altered. We accept debit/credit, cash, or Zelle.
We offer a 100% client satisfaction guarantee. To ensure the perfect fit, all clients are required to try on their garment(s) upon pickup. If any additional adjustments are needed, we are more than happy to refine the piece until it meets your expectations.
Contract Agreement. All clients are required to review and sign a client contract agreement, which serves to protect both the client and the seamstress throughout the process. A copy of the agreement will be provided for your records. During the alteration, all updates— including design adjustments, notions, trims, and estimated costs—will be communicated via email to ensure clarity and alignment. Timing. All rush jobs will result a $40 rush fee.
